Belimo R420D – technical data

2-way on/off ball valve with male thread. The body is made of low-lead bronze (CuSn4Zn6Pb3). The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an on/off signal.

DN 20, PN 40; connection: G 1 1/4" male thread.
Kvs: 25 m³/h.
Fluid: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; drinking water on request.
Fluid temperature: 2...130°C [36...266°F]. The permissible temperature may depend on the actuator type.
Maximum differential pressure Δpmax: 800 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 1400 kPa.
Bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
Rotational angle: 90°.

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem. Do not install with the stem pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
