Belimo R6020R-B1 is a 2-way Open/Close ball valve with a PN 6 flange connection. It has DN 20, Kvs 32 m³/h and is designed for water and water containing up to 50% vol. glycol.

Medium temperature is -10...100°C [14...212°F], closing pressure is 600 kPa, and maximum differential pressure ∆pmax is 100 kPa.

Belimo R6020R-B1 – 2-way ball valve

Open/Close valve for open and closed water systems. It is used for shut-off on the water side and Open/Close control in ventilation and heating systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an Open/Close signal.

  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Rotation angle: 90°. Opening is counterclockwise and closing is clockwise.
  • Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; flange for DN 20: galvanised steel; seat for DN 20: PTFE, Viton O-ring.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; restrictions are listed in the relevant actuator data sheets.
