Belimo R6080W100-S8 – 2-way control valve

Control valve with a regulating orifice for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. Designed for closed water systems. The integrated orifice provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

Key technical data

  • Type: 2-way; DN 80; PN 16; pipe connection: flange in accordance with EN 1092-2.
  • Kvs: 100 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
  • Fluid: water, water containing max. 50% vol. glycol.
  • Fluid temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 400 kPa; closing pressure: 690 kPa. 200 kPa is specified to ensure quiet operation.
  • Flow characteristic: equal-percentage (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
  • Permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Valve body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25); closing element: stainless steel AISI 316; stem: stainless steel AISI 304; stem seal: EPDM; seat: PTFE.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal with respect to the stem. Do not install the valve with the stem pointing downwards.
