6-way control ball valve with regulating orifice and female thread. Two flow sequences, cooling and heating, are operated using a single 90° rotary actuator. The valve is designed for closed-loop water systems.

• DN 15; Rp 1/2" female connection, threaded to ISO 7-1; PN 16.
• Kvs (sequence I): 1.8 m³/h; Kvs (sequence II): 1.8 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa.
• Differential pressure note: quiet operation Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: linear; leakage rate: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).

Construction and installation

The valve body is made of nickel-plated brass, the closure element of chrome-plated brass and the regulating orifice of stainless steel. Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the spindle; installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted.
