6-way regulating ball valve with regulating orifice, designed for closed-loop water systems. Two cooling and heating sequences are controlled using a single 90° rotary actuator.

• DN 15; connection: Rp 1/2" female thread; PN 16; ps 1600 kPa.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1.8 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 350 kPa.
• Quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: linear. Permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element; stainless steel regulating orifice.

Installation and operation

The valve can be installed with the spindle in any position from vertical to horizontal; it must not be installed with the axis pointing downwards. In the closed position (45°), the integrated pressure reducer compensates for changes in medium pressure within the closed volume.
