6-way control ball valve with control orifice, designed for closed-loop water systems. Two flow sequences can be operated by a single 90° rotary actuator.

• Nominal diameter: DN 15; connection: Rp 1/2" female thread to ISO 7-1; PN 16.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.25 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; quiet operation Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: linear; permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°. Sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
• Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; control orifice: stainless steel.

Installation notes

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Do not install the valve with the axis pointing downwards. Maintain the correct flow direction; the ball position corresponds to the “L” marking on the shaft.
