Belimo R3015-P63-P63-B1

The 6-way control ball valve with control insert handles two sequences — cooling and heating — using a single 90° rotary actuator. It is designed for stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15; Rp 1/2" female threaded connection according to ISO 7-1; PN 16.
• Kvs (sequence I): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (sequence II): 0.63 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; quiet operation Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended cooling), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended heating).
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element; brass control insert.
• The built-in pressure reducer compensates for changes in medium pressure within a closed volume when the valve is in the closed position (45°).

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Maintain the correct flow direction and protect the valve from solid-particle contamination.
