Belimo 22ADP-154L – air differential pressure sensor

The device is used to monitor positive pressure, negative pressure or differential pressure of air and other non-flammable, non-aggressive gases in stationary HVAC systems. Volumetric flow is calculated from differential pressure, the k factor and altitude above sea level.

  • Differential pressure measuring range: -100...2500 Pa; 8 selectable measuring ranges.
  • Modbus RTU communication and 2 analogue outputs 0...5 V, 0...10 V; 0...5/10 V signal selectable by switch, min. resistance 10 kΩ.
  • Measured values: differential pressure and volumetric flow; output AOU1 corresponds to differential pressure, and AOU2 to volumetric flow.
  • 29x35 mm LCD with backlight.
  • Rated voltage AC/DC 24 V; AC voltage range 19...29 V / DC 15...35 V.
  • Adjustable typical response time: 0.8 s or 4.0 s.
  • Protection rating IP65 / NEMA 4X.
  • Electrical connection: pluggable spring-clamp terminal strip, max. 2.5 mm².

The set includes a mounting plate, a duct connection set with 2 plastic connections and 2 m PVC tubing, and mounting hardware.
