The Belimo P-22RTM-1U00A-2B room sensor measures CO₂, relative humidity, dew point and temperature. It is powered by AC/DC 24 V and supports Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and MP-Bus.

Measured values and setpoints can be read and changed via NFC using the Belimo Display App. The device has 1x digital input for a volt-free contact.

Room CO₂, humidity and temperature sensor

The Belimo P-22RTM-1U00A-2B measures indoor air parameters and controls temperature and ventilation setpoints. It is designed for fixed heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations. Communication is via Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and MP-Bus.
