Belimo R2020-6P3-S2 – 2-way control valve

Control valve with a characterised plug and female thread, designed for modulating water-side control in ventilation and heating systems, in open and closed water circuits.

Key features and specifications

• Type: 2-way control valve with characterised plug; DN 20, PN 40.
• Connection: Rp 3/4" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs: 6.3 m³/h; equal-percentage flow characteristic.
• Medium: water or water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and shaft; ETFE characterised plug.
• Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction marked by the arrow on the body.

For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator used.
