Belimo 6-way control valve for flow control in closed water systems with heating and cooling. DN 15, PN 16, Rp 1/2" female thread; Kvs for Sequence 1 and Sequence 2 is 0.25 m³/h each.

The valve has a linear flow characteristic, a dead zone when switching between sequences, and an integrated pressure compensation function.

Belimo R3015-P25-P25B1 – 6-way control valve

The valve is designed for switching or modulating water-side control of heating and cooling elements in closed water systems. Two sequences are operated by one rotary actuator with a 90° movement range.

Key specifications

DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female threaded connection in accordance with ISO 7-1.
Kvs (Sequence 1): 0.25 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2): 0.25 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with up to max. 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; max. differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa.
Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; Sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
Integrated function compensates for changes in medium pressure when the valve is closed (45°), while maintaining separation between the sequences.
Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
