Belimo DN 20, PN 16 6-way control valve with Rp 3/4" female thread. Kvs for sequence 1 is 1.6 m³/h, and for sequence 2: 0.63 m³/h.

Designed for switching or modulating control on the water side of heating and cooling units in closed water systems. It has an integrated pressure compensation function and a dead zone between sequences.

Belimo 6-way control valve

The model listed in the documentation as R3020-1P6-P63-B2 supports two sequences, for example cooling and heating, with a 90° rotation angle. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

Key features and parameters

DN 20, PN 16; Rp 3/4" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
Kvs sequence 1: 1.6 m³/h; Kvs sequence 2: 0.63 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 50% by volume; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Flow characteristic: linear; bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
Rotation range: sequence 1 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone 30...60°, sequence 2 60...90° (heating recommended).
The integrated pressure compensation function is active in the closed position at 45°, while maintaining separation between sequences.
Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa.
Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.
Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
