Belimo X8016M.21323 – technical data

2-way control valve with rotary actuator, designed to regulate refrigerant flow. The flow characteristic is equal percentage (VDI/VDE 2173).

• Kvs: 4.8 m³/h; connection: ODF 16-16 mm internal solder socket.
• PN 50; permissible operating pressure ps 5000 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 3500 kPa.
• Supply AC/DC 24 V; modulating control, Y signal range 0.5...10 V and feedback signal U 0.5...10 V.
• Actuator running time: 15 s / 90°; power consumption during operation and at rest: 0.3 W; for cable sizing: 0.6 VA.
• Power and control cable: 3 m, 4x 0.34 mm²; degree of protection IEC/EN IP40; protection class IEC/EN III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
• Fluid temperature: -20...70°C [-4...158°F]; with ZCQ-E: 70...120°C [158...248°F]. Ambient temperature: -30...60°C [-22...140°F].
• Tightness: air-bubble tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Body: Brass CW617N; closing element: Stainless steel AISI 316L.
• Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; mounting with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

The valve is designed for CFC, HFC, HFO and R290 refrigerants, including safety class A3 refrigerants (ISO 817). When using flammable refrigerants, the user must check the product's suitability for the specific application.
