6-way Belimo R3020-2P5-P63B2 control valve for switching or modulating water-side control in heating and cooling systems. DN 20, PN 16, Rp 3/4" female thread. Kvs (Sequence 1) 2.5 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2) 0.63 m³/h.

The valve is designed for closed water systems. It has an integrated pressure compensation function and a dead zone separating the two sequences.

6-way Belimo control valve

The Belimo R3020-2P5-P63-B2 catalogue model enables switching or modulating water-side control of heating and cooling elements in closed water systems. Two sequences are operated using a single rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Key features and specifications

DN 20, PN 16; Rp 3/4" female-thread connection in accordance with ISO 7-1.
Kvs (Sequence 1): 2.5 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2): 0.63 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 50% by volume; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
90° rotation angle: Sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone: 30...60°, Sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
The integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping the two sequences separate.
Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.
Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa.
Installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle; installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted.
