Belimo 6-way control valve for switching or controlling water flow in heating and cooling elements in closed systems. Model R3020-P63-1P6-B2 has DN 20, PN 16, Rp 3/4" female thread and Kvs 0.63 m³/h for Sequence 1 and 1.6 m³/h for Sequence 2.

The valve has an integrated pressure compensation function in the closed position and a dead zone between sequences.

Belimo 6-way control valve

R3020-P63-1P6-B2 is designed for switching or modulating control on the water side of heating and cooling elements in closed water systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator; the full rotation angle is 90°.

Key specifications and features

DN 20, PN 16; Rp 3/4" female threaded connection in accordance with ISO 7-1.
Kvs (Sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2): 1.6 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with up to 50% glycol by volume; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Linear flow characteristic; tightness corresponding to leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
Sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended); dead zone: 30...60°; Sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
Integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping both sequences separated.
Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa.
Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal position relative to the spindle. Do not install the valve with the spindle pointing downwards.
