Two-way control valve with rotary actuator, designed to regulate refrigerant flow. The flow characteristic is equal percentage (VDI/VDE 2173). The valve allows flow in both directions.

• Kvs: 4.8 m³/h; connection: ODF 35-35 mm internal solder sleeve.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V; modulating control, operating range Y 0.5...10 V and position feedback signal U 0.5...10 V.
• Motor running time: 15 s / 90°; safety function running time: 15 s / 90°. Safety shut-off with SuperCap.
• Permissible operating pressure ps: 5000 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 3500 kPa.
• Tightness: air-bubble tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Fluid temperature: -20...70°C [-4...158°F]; with ZCQ-E: 70...120°C [158...248°F]. Ambient temperature: -30...50°C [-22...122°F], without radiation.
• Body: CW617N brass; closing element: AISI 316L stainless steel.
• Power and control cable: 3 m, 4x 0.34 mm²; degree of protection IEC/EN IP40; protection class IEC/EN III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
• Mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

The product is suitable for A3 safety class refrigerants (ISO 817), as well as CFC, HFC, HFO and R290. When used with flammable refrigerants, the user must check the product’s suitability for the specific installation.
