Belimo X8035M.2AAA3 – expansion valve

Hermetically sealed, tight-closing two-way expansion valve for capacity control in refrigeration and air-conditioning applications. Maintenance-free and equipped with a manual override mechanism.

• Kvs: 4.8 m³/h; internal ODF 35-35 mm solder connections.
• Suitable for A3 safety class refrigerants (ISO 817); compatible with CFC, HFC, HFO and R290 refrigerants.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V; operating power consumption: 1.5 W; power consumption for cable sizing: 2.6 VA.
• Control: bipolar stepper motor signals (4 wires) from a superheat controller; MP-Bus communication. Configurable via smartphone using the xBALL Syncra app.
• Motor running time: 15 s / 90°; safety function running time: 15 s / 90°.
• Permissible operating pressure ps: 5000 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 3500 kPa.
• Medium temperature: -20...70°C [-4...158°F]; with ZCQ-E: 70...120°C [158...248°F]. Ambient temperature: -30...50°C [-22...122°F].
• Tightness: air-bubble tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1); flow characteristic: equal percentage (VDI/VDE 2173).
