Belimo C220QFL-G0 – PI flow limiter valve

2-way water ball valve with female thread. The built-in limiter maintains a constant volumetric flow rate at a differential pressure of 20...280 kPa when the valve is open at 90°.

• DN 20; Rp 3/4" connection, female thread according to ISO 7-1.
• Nominal flow rate V'nom: 1500 l/h (0.42 l/s; 1.5 m³/h).
• PN 25; closing pressure ∆ps: 520 kPa.
• Medium: water; medium temperature: 2...60°C [36...140°F].
• Differential pressure: 20...280 kPa; 50 kPa to ensure quiet operation.
• Permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Valve body: brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass.

Operation and installation

The valve operates in On/Off mode and is actuated by a rotary actuator. It can be installed from vertical to horizontal; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. The flow direction must match the arrow on the housing.
