Belimo R3015-P63-P25-B1 – valve with control orifice

This 6-way control ball valve with female thread is used for switching or analogue control of water flow in heating and cooling elements. Two sequences (cooling/heating) are operated by a single 90° rotary actuator.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, Rp 1/2" connection, female thread according to ISO 7-1; PN 16.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.25 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; quiet operation Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; leakage rate: bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• 90° rotation angle: sequence 1 – 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone – 30...60°, sequence 2 – 60...90° (heating recommended).
• The integrated pressure relief compensates for changes in medium pressure in a closed volume when the valve is in the closed position (45°).

Installation instructions

The valve may be installed with the spindle in any position from vertical to horizontal. Do not install it in a suspended position with the axis pointing downwards. Ensure the correct flow direction; the ball position corresponds to the “L” marking on the shaft.
