Belimo 22MT-148 – average temperature sensor

Active sensor for measuring average air temperature in duct applications. The sensing element runs continuously along the entire 15 m probe.

Key features and specifications

  • Output signal: 1x 4...20 mA, max. resistance 500 Ω.
  • Rated voltage: DC 24 V; voltage range: DC 15...35 V.
  • 8 measuring ranges selectable using jumpers.
  • Sensing element technology: based on Pt1000 class AA.
  • Accuracy: ±0.5°C @ 21°C for range settings S2 and S4.
  • Time constant τ (63%) in an air duct: typically 100 s @ 0 m/s.
  • Protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4X.
  • Electrical connection: plug-in terminal block with spring terminals, max. 2.5 mm².

Measuring ranges [°C]

  • S0: -50...50; S1: -10...120; S2: 0...50; S3: 0...250.
  • S4: -15...35; S5: 0...100; S6: -20...80; S7: 0...160.

The maximum measuring range does not indicate the permissible medium temperature. Medium temperature according to safety data: -35...70°C.
