Belimo 22PDP-189 differential pressure sensor

Active sensor for measuring the differential pressure of water and water-glycol mixtures in stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The device measures the gauge pressure on the high- and low-pressure sides, then calculates the differential pressure.

Key features

• Measuring range: 0...35 bar (0...510 psi); selectable ranges: 0...35 bar, 0...17.5 bar, 0...7 bar and 0...3.5 bar.
• Output signal: 0...5 V, 0...10 V or 4...20 mA; selected using a switch while the power supply is disconnected.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V.
• LCD display measuring 16x38 mm.
• Pressure connection: G 1/4"; electrical connection: plug-in spring-clamp terminal block, max. 2.5 mm².
• Protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4X.
• Typical response time: <0.5 s.

Both the differential pressure (dp) and the maximum operating pressure relative to ambient pressure (prel) must be within the measuring range. In normal operation, zero-point calibration must be performed every 12 months.
