Belimo 22PF-1UD flow sensor

Sensor designed for closed cold and hot water systems operating with water or a water-glycol mixture of up to max. 60% vol. Flow is measured using the ultrasonic method. The device also measures temperature, monitors the glycol content of the medium and compensates for its effect on flow measurement.

• DN 20, PN 25; G 1" male-thread connection according to ISO 228-1.
• FS 0.83 l/s (3.0 m³/h); theoretical Kvs value 7.2 m³/h.
• AC/DC 24 V supply; connection with 6x 0.75 mm² cable.
• BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU or MP-Bus communication.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or a user-defined range.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2; the NFC interface works without an external power supply.
• Minimum measured flow: 0.2% of FS; flow measurement accuracy: ±2%, according to class 2 EN 1434, for 0% vol. glycol at 15...120°C.
• Medium temperature: -20...120°C; IP54 protection rating.
• A-22PEM-A01 insulation shell included; the datasheet states that the shell is not included in the Asia-Pacific region.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal; suspended mounting is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
