Belimo 22PF-1UM-1 - ultrasonic flow sensor
Ultrasonic flow sensor for water systems, DN 125, PN 16, with an FS range of 41.7 l/s. Measures flow and temperature; designed for water and water containing up to 60% vol. glycol.
AC/DC 24 V power supply. Communication via BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU or MP-Bus; a configurable voltage output is also available.
Belimo 22PF-1UM-1 – DN 125 flow sensor
The sensor uses ultrasonic flow measurement and also measures the medium temperature. It is designed for water and water containing up to 60% vol. glycol. The glycol content is measured and taken into account in the flow measurement.
Key technical data
- Nominal diameter: DN 125 (5 inch); PN 16.
- Full-scale measuring range FS: 41.7 l/s (150 m³/h); minimum measured flow: 0.7% of FS.
- Power supply: AC/DC 24 V; electrical connection: cable 6x 0.75 mm².
- Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
- Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or a user-defined range. Factory setting: DC 0...10 V; min. resistance 10 kΩ.
- Pipe connection: flange in accordance with EN 1092-2.
- Protection rating: IP54 / NEMA 2.
- Configuration: NFC and Belimo Assistant 2.
The sensor can be installed from vertical to horizontal, but not in a suspended position. An inlet section at least 5x DN long is required upstream of the sensor to achieve the specified measuring accuracy. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
