Belimo 22PF-1UN-1 flow sensor

Ultrasonic sensor for measuring flow and temperature in water systems. It is designed for water and water with glycol additive up to max. 60% vol. The device measures the glycol content in the medium and takes it into account when measuring flow.

Key specifications

• DN 150 (6 inch), PN 16; flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
• Full-scale range FS: 62.5 l/s (225 m³/h); ultrasonic measurement.
• AC/DC 24 V supply; connection using a 6x 0.75 mm² cable.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or a user-defined range. Factory setting: DC 0...10 V; min. resistance 10 kΩ.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.
• Protection rating: IP54 and NEMA 2.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal position; suspended installation is not permitted. An inlet straight length of at least 5x DN must be maintained upstream of the sensor. The flow direction must match the arrow on the housing.
