Belimo C215QFL-D – valve with PI flow limiter

2-way ball valve for closed water systems. The integrated limiter maintains a constant flow rate when the valve is open to an angle of 90° and the differential pressure is 20...280 kPa.

• Connection: Rp 1/2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Nominal flow rate V'nom: 470 l/h (0.13 l/s; 0.47 m³/h).
• Medium: water; medium temperature: 2...60°C [36...140°F].
• Differential pressure: 20...280 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 520 kPa.
• Recommended differential pressure for quiet operation: 50 kPa.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Valve body and stem: brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; seat: PTFE, O-ring EPDM.
• Rotation angle: 90°; the valve opens counter-clockwise and closes clockwise.

Installation and application

The valve is designed for on/off control on the water side of fan coil units and chilled ceilings. Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
