Belimo R3050-58-S4 – 3-way control valve

A control valve with a regulating insert for controlling flow on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. Designed for closed water systems.

Key parameters

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 50, PN 25.
• Pipe connection: Rp 2" female thread.
• Kvs: 58 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Fluid: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
• Permissible leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element and stem: stainless steel.
• Rotary angle: 90°.

At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type.

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; mounting with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. A differential pressure of 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
