The 2-way PIFLV ball valve is designed for closed water systems, including on/off control on the water side of fan coil units and chilled ceilings. The integrated flow limiter maintains a constant flow rate at a differential pressure of 20...280 kPa when the valve is open at an angle of 90°.

Installation notes

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. The manufacturer recommends installation on the return and the use of a suitable strainer. A differential pressure of 50 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
