Belimo C415Q-J is a 2-way zone valve with G 3/4" male thread, DN 15, PN 25 and Kvs 4.5 m³/h. Designed for closed water systems for shut-off and flow control.

Medium temperature is 2...100°C [36...212°F], and 2...90°C with an actuator. The valve body is made of brass.

Belimo C415Q-J – zone valve

2-way zone valve for closed water systems. According to the documentation, it is used for shut-off and control on the water side of air handling units and heating systems. The actuator can be snap-mounted on the valve without tools.

Key features and specifications

  • DN 15, PN 25; G 3/4" male thread.
  • Kvs 4.5 m³/h; Kvs can be adjusted by changing the angle of rotation using a limiting clip.
  • Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: 2...100°C [36...212°F]; 2...90°C with an actuator.
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 280 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 520 kPa. 50 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
  • Equal-percentage flow characteristic (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
  • Brass body and stem; closing element made of chrome-plated brass.
  • Flow is possible in both directions. Permitted installation position: vertical to horizontal; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
