6-way control valve with characterized insert for closed water systems, designed for switching or controlling the water side of heating and cooling units. DN 15, PN 16, Rp 1/2" female thread; Kvs (sequence 1) 0.63 m³/h and Kvs (sequence 2) 0.4 m³/h.

Controls two sequences using a rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle. It has a dead zone between sequences and an integrated function that compensates for pressure changes when the valve is closed.

6-way control valve with characterized insert for closed water systems. It enables switching or controlling the water flow through heating and cooling units. The two sequences are set using a rotary actuator.

Kvs (sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.4 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].

Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
90° rotation angle: sequence 1 from 0...30° (recommended for cooling), dead zone 30...60°, sequence 2 from 60...90° (recommended for heating).
The integrated function compensating for changes in medium pressure operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping the sequences separated.
Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem. Do not install with the stem pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction; the ball position is indicated by the L marking on the stem.
