Alarm control unit; series: CA; model: 2; type: GSM, designed for livestock buildings.

Main features of the GSM alarm control unit:

• 8 NO alarm inputs (triggered by a short circuit)
• siren output with a permissible current of 2A
• sending SMS and making calls to up to 8 users
• test SMS at 12:00 containing information about the control unit status
• power failure detection
• detection of battery faults or discharge 
• energy-efficient switched-mode power supply
• large 7Ah battery
• control unit and siren switch on the side of the enclosure

The entire control unit is housed in a special sealed enclosure with an IP65 protection rating, which includes dedicated locations for installation outside the sealed compartment.

The inside of the control unit is stabilised by a metal frame with a battery compartment, connected to the PE protective terminal. This solution provides additional protection against surges and discharges electrostatic and induced charges in the alarm lines to earth.

The control unit works with most controllers available on the market for pig and poultry production.
