Belimo CM24-SR-L – actuator for dampers

Modulating actuator for controlling air dampers in stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. According to the technical datasheet, it is designed for dampers with an area of up to approx. 0.4 m².

Key features and specifications

• Torque: 2 Nm; rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz.
• Modulating control: 2...10 V; position feedback signal: 2...10 V.
• Motor running time: 75 s / 90°; rotation angle: 95°, fixed setting. Mechanical stops allow the rotation angle range to be adjusted.
• Motor direction of rotation: counterclockwise (ccw).
• Manual override using a magnet; mechanical position indicator.
• Mounting on the damper shaft using a universal clamp for 6...12.7 mm; Z-ARCM anti-rotation clip included.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 4x 0.75 mm².
• Power consumption during operation: 1 W; at rest: 0.5 W; for cable sizing: 1.5 VA.
• IEC/EN protection rating: IP54; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
• Ambient temperature: -30...50°C [-22...122°F].

The actuator is overload-protected and stops automatically when it reaches a stop. Parallel operation with other actuators is possible, subject to the performance specifications.
