Belimo CQKD24A-SR – actuator for zone valves

Rotary actuator with safety function, designed for zone valves. During operation, it sets the valve to the specified position and charges the integrated capacitors. When the power supply is interrupted, the energy stored in the capacitors moves the valve to the closed position (NC); the factory-set power fail time (PF) is 1 s.

• Power consumption during operation: 2.5 W; in standby: 0.5 W; for wire sizing: 5 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 4x 0.34 mm².
• IEC/EN protection rating: IP40; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
• Tool-free snap-on installation, mechanical position indicator and mechanical rotation angle limiter.
• Rotation angle adjustment using a clip in 2.5° increments to set the valve's maximum flow rate. Actuator adaptation must be performed after each change to the flow setting using the clip.
• Manual valve adjustment after detaching the actuator.

Before initial start-up, the capacitors require approximately 25 s of pre-charging. The device is intended for stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations.
