Belimo EF24A – actuator for dampers

The rotary actuator with fail-safe function is designed to operate dampers in stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. According to the technical data sheet, it supports air dampers with an area of up to approx. 6 m². During operation, the motor moves the damper and tensions the return spring; if the power supply fails, the spring moves it to the safety position.
