Belimo H432B globe valve

2-way globe valve with external thread, designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems in open and closed water circuits.

Key technical data

• Nominal size: DN 32; nominal pressure: PN 16; ps 1600 kPa.
• Pipe connection: G 2" external thread, in accordance with ISO 228-1.
• Kvs: 16 m³/h; stroke: 15 mm.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F]. Stem heating is required at a medium temperature of -10...2°C.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised over the opening range.
• Permissible leakage: max. 0.05% of the Kvs value.
• Valve body: CC499K; closing element and stem: stainless steel; stem seal: EPDM O-ring.

Installation instructions

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the globe valve actuator installed.
