Belimo NRFA-O – rotary actuator with fail-safe function

NRFA-O is a rotary actuator for ball valves. During operation, it moves the valve to its operating position and tensions the return spring. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to its safety position: open (NO; A – AB = 100%). For valves with an L-port, the documentation specifies A – AB = 0%.

The actuator can be mounted directly on the ball valve using one screw; its mounting orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The device has overload protection and stops automatically when it reaches an end stop.
