Belimo R2015-2P5-S1 – 2-way modulating valve

Valve with characteristic disk for water-side flow control in ventilation and heating systems, in open and closed water circuits. The integrated disk provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

• DN 15; connection: Rp 1/2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1; PN 40.
• Kvs 2.5 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Fluid: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. For quiet operation: 200 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage; leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and stem; ETFE characteristic disk.
• Rotation angle 90°; operating range 15...90°.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. For fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature range may depend on the actuator used.
