Belimo NVC24A-SZ-TPC
Linear actuator with modulating control, designed for 2-way and 3-way globe valves. The Y control signal determines the actuator position, while the U feedback signal enables electrical indication of its position.
Key features and specifications
- Actuator force: 1000 N; stroke: 20 mm.
- Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V; rated voltage frequency: 50/60 Hz.
- Y operating range: 0.5...10 V; U position feedback signal: 0.5...10 V, max. 0.5 mA.
- Motor running time: 35 s / 20 mm; positioning accuracy: ±5%.
- Power consumption during operation: 3.5 W; in the rest position: 1.5 W; sizing power: 5.5 VA.
- Power and control connection: terminals with 1 m cable, 4x 0.75 mm² (terminal 4 mm²).
- Protection rating: IP54; NEMA 2; housing: UL Enclosure Type 2.
- Ambient temperature: 0...50°C.
Operation and installation
The actuator mounts directly on the valve using clamping jaws. It can be rotated 360° on the valve neck. Manual adjustment is possible using a button that can be locked. The stroke is mechanically indicated over the 5...20 mm range.
Adaptation takes place automatically when power is first applied; it can also be started using the button. A switch allows the direction of movement to be changed. The actuator has overload protection and stops automatically when the end stop is reached.
