Belimo R3015-1P8-P4-B2 – 6-way control valve

Control valve with a regulating orifice, designed to control water-side flow in heating and cooling elements in closed water systems. The two sequences are operated by a single rotary actuator with a 90° angle of rotation.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; connection: Rp 1/2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 1.8 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.4 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 350 kPa; quiet operation at Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight shut-off, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping the two sequences separate.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element; stainless steel regulating orifice.
• Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
