Belimo R3032-S3 – changeover ball valve

3-way ball valve with female thread, designed for closed-loop water systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

Key features

• Size DN 32; Rp 1 1/4" connection, female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• PN 25; ps 1600 kPa; Kvs 32 m³/h.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure Δpmax 1000 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa. For quiet operation: 200 kPa.
• Flow through bypass B – AB: approx. 50% of the Kvs value.
• Leakage A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, max. 1% of the Kvs value.
• Rotation angle: 90°.
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closure element and stem; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from the vertical to the horizontal position relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may be limited depending on the actuator type; restrictions are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.
