Belimo R3015-BL1 changeover ball valve

3-way valve with an L-shaped bore, designed for changeover and open/close control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The valve is positioned by a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

Main features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 40; Rp 1/2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs 5.5 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 500 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element; spindle seal: EPDM O-ring.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. For fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, spindle heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.
