6-way control valve with orifice designed to switch or control water flow on the heating and cooling unit side in closed-loop water systems. The two sequences are operated by rotating the valve through 90°.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; connection: Rp 1/2" female thread.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1.8 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; tightness: bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• 90° rotation range: sequence 1 0...30° (recommended for cooling), dead zone 30...60°, sequence 2 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function operates when the valve is closed (45°), while keeping the sequences separated.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element; stainless steel control disc.

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Do not install with the spindle pointing downwards.
