6-way ball valve with regulating orifice for closed-loop water systems. Two sequences enable switching or analog control of flow in heating and cooling elements using a single 90° rotary actuator.

Key features and specifications

• DN 25; Rp 1" female-thread connection; PN 16.
• Kvs (sequence I): 6.3 m³/h; Kvs (sequence II): 6.3 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Max. differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; quiet operation Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: linear; permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
• Body made of nickel-plated brass, closing element made of chrome-plated brass, regulating orifice made of stainless steel.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the spindle. Do not install the valve with the axis pointing downwards.
