Belimo R3015-P4-P25-B1 – 6-way control valve with orifice

Valve designed for switching or modulating water flow on the heating and cooling terminal unit side of closed-loop water systems. Two sequences are operated using a single rotary actuator with a 90° range of motion.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female-thread connection.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.25 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 350 kPa; quiet operation at Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight sealing, class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation ranges: sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping the sequences separated.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chromium-plated brass closing element.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted.
