Belimo R3015-P4-P4-B2 – 6-way control valve

Control valve with a regulating orifice for switching or modulating control on the water side of heating and cooling units in closed water-based systems. Both sequences are operated by a single rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female-thread connection.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.4 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 350 kPa. Quiet operation condition: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• Integrated function compensating for changes in medium pressure, active in the closed position (45°).
• Nickel-plated brass body.

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
