Belimo R3020-BL2 – changeover ball valve

3-way ball valve for changeover and open/close control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems, in open and closed water circuits. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

Key features

• Pattern: 3-way; L-shaped bore.
• DN 20; Rp 3/4" female threaded connection according to ISO 7-1; PN 40.
• Kvs 11 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 500 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Leakage: bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°. Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the stem or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type.
