Belimo R3025-10-S2 – 3-way control valve

Valve with a characterised disc for closed-loop water systems, designed for control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The body is made of nickel-plated brass.

Key features and specifications

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 25, PN 40.
• Pipe connection: Rp 1" female thread, in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs: 10 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. For quiet operation, 200 kPa is specified.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB – equal percentage; B – AB – linear.
• Permissible leakage: A – AB – bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB – leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Angle of rotation: 90°; operating range A – AB: 15...90°, B – AB: 15...70°.
• Closing element and stem: stainless steel; characterised disc for DN 25: ETFE.

Installation notes: Permissible installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator used.
