Belimo R3032-BL3 – changeover ball valve

3-way valve with an L-shaped port, designed for changeover and on/off control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems, in open and closed water circuits. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an on/off signal.

Fluid: water or water with up to 50% vol. glycol; fluid temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
Maximum differential pressure Δpmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 500 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
Rotation angle 90°. Nickel-plated brass body, chrome-plated brass closing element; spindle seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal in relation to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, spindle heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are given in the relevant actuator data sheets.
