Belimo R3050-S4 – technical data

3-way changeover ball valve for water and water with up to 50% vol. glycol. The valve is moved by a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

• Nominal diameter: DN 50; connection: Rp 2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1; PN 25.
• Kvs: 49 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: approx. 50% of the Kvs value.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure Δpmax: 1000 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Leakage A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, max. 1% of the Kvs value.
• Angle of rotation: 90°. Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and shaft.
• Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted temperature range may depend on the actuator type; limitations are given in its data sheet.
