Belimo R418 is a 2-way ball control valve with a regulating orifice, DN 20, with a G 1 1/4" male thread. Valve parameters: PN 40, ps 1600 kPa and Kvs 6.3 m³/h.

Designed to control the flow of water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol. Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].

Belimo R418 – 2-way control valve

A control valve with a regulating orifice for open and closed water systems. It is used for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The integrated orifice provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

  • Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, extending the valve neck is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.

Installation is permitted with the stem positioned from vertical to horizontal. Do not install the valve with the stem pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
