Belimo R418D – technical data

2-way ball valve with an integrated control orifice and male thread. The integrated orifice provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

• Nominal diameter: DN 20; nominal pressure: PN 40.
• Pipe connection: G 1 1/4" male thread.
• Kvs: 10 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with up to 50% by volume glycol.
• Medium temperature: 2...130°C [36...266°F]. The permissible temperature may be limited depending on the actuator type.
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 400 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage.
• Permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage class A.
• Body: low-lead gunmetal (CuSn4Zn6Pb3).
• Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

The valve is operated by a rotary actuator. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Installation is permitted in positions from vertical to horizontal; do not install the valve with the stem pointing downwards.
